Mobile Money Casinos: Funding an Account with Orange Money, MTN MoMo or Wave via USDT

The route in four moves

1. Open a Binance account and complete its identity check.
2. In P2P, buy USDT from a seller who accepts your operator, Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov, Wave or Airtel Money, paying in XOF, XAF or your local currency.
3. In the casino cashier, choose USDT, select the TRC20 network, copy the deposit address and send the coins from Binance to it.
4. To cash out, withdraw USDT on TRC20 from the casino to your Binance address, then sell it on P2P against a mobile money transfer.

Mobile money is the on-ramp, USDT the carrier. Since USDT tracks the dollar, the amount you deposit is still worth roughly the same when you withdraw, unlike BTC.

Why TRC20 and not ERC20

The network decides the fee. A TRC20 transfer usually costs a flat fee of about 1 USDT on major exchanges and lands in one to five minutes. ERC20 pays Ethereum gas, which is variable and often several times higher. On a 20 USDT deposit, that difference can swallow a meaningful share of the stake. Algeria is the exception
