Katsubet launched in 2020 and sits second in our ranking at 9.4 out of 10. It scores high on bonus volume, game count and payment choice, and loses points on support, which is English only, and on a KYC review that can stretch to 30 working days. There is no sportsbook and no native app: this is a pure casino played in the browser.

Is Katsubet legit? The Tobique licence and the operator switch
The official footer and terms name Saphirix Solutions SRL, registered in Costa Rica under 3-102-933997, as operator, holding licence 0000091 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. Casino.guru, gambling.com, AskGamblers and cryptomaniaks still list Scores55 Tech B.V. in Curaçao with CGA licence OGL/2024/1307/0748, granted in July 2024. That is the previous setup. If you search 'katsubet casino legit' and land on the Curaçao number, you are looking at an outdated page; the Tobique licence is the one the casino publishes today.
On track record, casino.guru gives Katsubet a Safety Index of 9.4, very high, and its Gamecheck sample found no fake games. The FAQ claims certified RNG and provably fair titles, but no third-party audit certificate is published. The terms that decide payouts, from weekly caps to per-method limits and KYC documents, are public and readable, which is more than several brands in our list can say.
Katsubet restricted countries, and why France is the exception
Section 2.4 of the terms refuses about fifty jurisdictions. The main ones: the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Israel, Japan, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Bahrain, the Canadian provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick, DR Congo and the Central African Republic.
France is not on that list, which makes Katsubet one of only two casinos in our catalogue open to French residents; our page on online casinos that accept French players covers both. One catch in sections 3.3 and 3.4: NetEnt and Microgaming games are blocked for players in France. In French-speaking Africa, every country we track is accepted except DR Congo, Gabon included. The interface has a French version (fr-CA), so terms and FAQ read in French, but live chat and email answer in English only.

In euros, the cashier lists Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Neosurf, PurplePay and Payz (ecoPayz), plus crypto. The full coin list covers BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, DOGE, XRP, TRX, ADA, BNB, USDT, USDC and SOL. Deposits start at €10, but each bonus tier needs €20, so a €10 Neosurf voucher will not trigger the pack. Skrill and Neteller appear in older reviews but were absent from the official euro cashier page consulted for this review, while Interac and iDebit are for Canadian dollar accounts. Neosurf is deposit only. African players without an international card buy USDT with Orange Money or Wave on Binance P2P and deposit on TRC20; players in Algeria should stick to Visa or Mastercard.
