BC.Game’s own User Agreement restricts China, the Netherlands, the Dutch Caribbean islands, Hungary, Australia, Ontario, Curaçao, France and the United States, and none of the third-party lists published in 2026 adds a French-speaking African country. Settling that answer took three documents, which is the point: a restricted countries list is never one line, and reading it before the first deposit tells you whether the account, the bonus and the games will all be open to you.
Where the list lives and which version counts
Every offshore casino, meaning a casino licensed in Curaçao, Anjouan, Tobique or Kahnawake and open to players abroad, writes its own list of excluded countries. It usually sits in a numbered clause of the general terms: §3.6 at BitStarz, clause 4.4 at Monro, article 2.6 at Wild.io, §2.4 at Katsubet. That clause is the version that counts when an account is reviewed.
BC.Game shows why the source matters. Its current terms, issued under Anjouan licence ALSI-202410011-FI1, display the section headings but load the eligibility text in the browser, out of reach for a quick read. The readable list is the User Agreement on BC.Game’s whitepaper site, section 3.1, undated and written in the Curaçao era. Third-party lists then diverge: cryptoslate (20 October 2026) adds Austria, Germany, Spain, Comoros, the United Kingdom, Iran, North Korea and Myanmar; win.gg (16 October 2026) matches the User Agreement plus the United Kingdom. France and the United States appear in every version. BC.Game’s review keeps the full comparison.
The working order is simple: official clause first, then the most recent independent list, then a written answer from support if the two disagree.
Read territories, not just country names
Country names hide territories. BitStarz and Wild.io restrict France and its overseas territories, listed by name. Vavada restricts French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, French Polynesia, New Caledonia and Saint Martin, but not metropolitan France. A player in Paris can open an account at Vavada; a player in Saint-Denis de La Réunion cannot.
Provinces work the same way. BC.Game and Vavada exclude Ontario, not the rest of Canada, and Katsubet excludes Ontario and New Brunswick. And some lists are simply ambiguous: BitStarz writes Congo without saying which one, so its position on DR Congo stays open until support confirms it in writing.
The United States question has a short answer. BitStarz §3.6 names the United States of America and Puerto Rico, so it does not take US players. The same holds for every casino in this catalogue whose list could be read.
Account, bonus and game bans are three different lists
Being able to open an account does not mean every offer is yours. Three further lists sit in the bonus terms and the game rules.
- Bonus exclusions. BitStarz’s bonus terms (clause 1.6) exclude Algeria, Benin, Cameroon, Gabon, Guinea, Madagascar, Morocco, Senegal, Togo and Tunisia from the no-deposit spins, although all ten can open an account. Its welcome package excludes Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Austria, Kosovo and Finland. Wild.io excludes France and every French-speaking African country from no-deposit spins, and Katsubet names France in its no-deposit exclusions.
- Game exclusions. Katsubet’s terms (§3.3 and §3.4) block NetEnt and Microgaming games for players in France.
- Product exclusions. Wild.io’s sportsbook list adds India, Nigeria, Turkey, Serbia and Kazakhstan to the casino list.
- Cashier changes. Payment methods vary by country of residence, so the cashier you see after registration can differ from the one advertised.
Sister brands share a template
Casinos run by the same operator usually copy one list. Galaktika N.V. runs Monro, Lex, Drip and 1Go under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/169/0146. Monro’s clause 4.4 restricts France, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali and DR Congo, and the published lists for Lex and 1Go reproduce it almost line for line. Drip’s two third-party lists disagree on Mali, Burkina Faso and Congo, which leaves those three open questions.
Goodwin N.V. runs Snatch and iWild under OGL/2024/758/0228. Both exclude France, DR Congo, Mali, Burkina Faso and Morocco; Snatch also lists Senegal. When one sister’s terms cannot be read, the other’s clause is the best guide available, and a gap between the two is worth a question to support.

Only Vavada and Katsubet accept players from France. For readers in DR Congo, BC.Game and Wild.io are the open options, and BC.Game adds XOF and XAF accounts for West and Central Africa. The French-speaking Africa guide goes country by country, and the full casino ranking shows every brand with its score.
A two-minute check before the deposit
- Find the restricted-countries clause in the general terms and note its date.
- Look for your territory or province, not only your country.
- Open the bonus terms and search for your country in the exclusion clauses.
- Check the cashier after registration for the methods offered where you live.
- When a list is ambiguous, ask support and keep the written answer.
Vavada: the list that opens the most doors
Run that check on Vavada and the result is broad. Metropolitan France is absent from its list, and so are Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Cameroon, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Benin, Togo, Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea and Madagascar. DR Congo and Gabon are the two exclusions among French-speaking African countries. One caveat stated once: Vavada’s site does not serve its terms to outside readers, so the list used here is the 104-entry version published by cryptoslate.
The offer that follows is open to the same countries: 100 free spins on The Dog House at x20 at registration, then 100% up to €1,000 at x35, from a €1 deposit, with cards, e-wallets and crypto including USDT deposits. Open a Vavada account once your country is confirmed, and read Vavada’s bonus terms for the 14-day deadline. For French players who want a second option, Katsubet’s French-friendly cashier adds Neosurf. Readers in Gabon, excluded by Vavada, can turn to Katsubet, BC.Game or Wild.io, all three of which leave Gabon off their lists.
